Consultation & Requirement Confirmation

Reach out to our customer service team to spell out your exact needs: pick your preferred material (PVC, silicone, etc.), decide on size and shape (classic round/square or custom die-cut styles), share your logo, text or artwork details, confirm order quantity, and set your desired delivery timeline. Our team will provide a detailed quote and practical design tips tailored to your brand.
Design Submission & Sample Making

Send over a high-resolution design file that meets printing standards. If you don’t have a ready-made design, you can also work with our in-house design team to create one from scratch. Once the design is finalized and approved by you, we’ll produce a physical sample. You can check the material texture, print sharpness, and size accuracy in person, and let us know if any tweaks are needed.
Contract Signing & Deposit Payment

After you’re satisfied with the sample, we’ll sign a formal order contract. Pay the deposit as agreed, and we’ll kick off the mass production process right away.
Bulk Production & Quality Inspection

During production, we conduct multiple rounds of random quality checks—focusing on print consistency, cutting precision, and overall product durability—to make sure every coaster matches the sample’s quality.
Final Payment & Delivery

Once bulk production is finished, you can request real photos of the finished goods or a second sample inspection. After you confirm everything is perfect, pay the remaining balance. We’ll pack the order securely and ship it out via your chosen logistics method, with a tracking number provided for your convenience.
