CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
We have a complete set of mature product customization processes to provide you with the best customized services
Share your specifications, artwork, and logo, and we’ll begin with a comprehensive project assessment.
After approving the quotation, our graphic team will prepare a design mock-up for your full review and approval.
Once the mock-up is approved and the sample mold cost is paid, we produce a sample and provide high-resolution images and videos for your inspection. Physical samples can be sent by express if needed.
Finalize your order with confidence. A deposit, typically 30%, initiates production, with the balance due before shipping. We provide packaging photos once the goods are ready. Attached are some customer designs and pictures (please see in the zip file).

1. Sample Transportation：To ensure that samples can be delivered quickly, we mainly choose internationally renowned couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. It is efficient and fast, and the samples can usually be safely delivered to you within 3 to 7 days.
2. Order Transportation：
Courier Transportation：For small-batch orders or urgent needs, we will negotiate with client and use UPS, DHL or FEDEX for transportation. Although the freight cost of this method is relatively high, it can minimize the transportation time and quickly respond to your business needs.
Sea Transportation：We also provide flexible maritime transportation options, supporting trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP. If you have a designated freight forwarder in China, we are happy to hand over the goods to the freight forwarder you specify, providing you with more convenience.
