- Flexibility & durability: Shore hardness rated at 50±5A, offering optimal flexibility—can be bent 180° repeatedly (10,000 cycles) without cracking. Compared to metal keychains, it reduces impact damage to surrounding items (e.g., mobile phones, bags) by 80%.
We provide end-to-end customization services to meet diverse demands, with clear specifications for each dimension:
- Standard shapes: Round (diameter 20-100mm), Square (side length 20-80mm), Rectangle (20×30mm to 60×100mm), Triangle (side length 30-80mm).
- Custom shapes: Fully supports irregular shape design (e.g., brand IP, product silhouette, geometric combinations). 3D design renderings will be provided for confirmation before production.
- Color range: Supports 3-18 color combinations (PMS color matching). Gradient colors are not available for PVC material (due to material molding limitations), and we will propose digital printing.
- Preferred format: Vector files (CorelDraw .cdr, Adobe Illustrator .ai/.eps) with outlines expanded (no linked images).
- Bitmap file support: Accepts high-resolution bitmaps (.png/.jpg, ≥300dpi). Our design team provides free vectorization and optimization services (e.g., line thickening, color adjustment) to ensure production feasibility.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pieces (supports small-batch customization for trial promotions).
- Production cycle: 15-20 working days (from design confirmation to shipment), with expedited services available (5 working days) for urgent orders.
